在谷歌工作多年的新加坡員工：無法登入公司帳號，才發現自己遭裁員
科技巨頭谷歌（Google）大裁員！新加坡老員工便是僅用電郵通知裁員消息，等到上班發現無法進入辦公樓才得知自己被裁員，不過看到相應的遣散配套員工怨言隨之消失了。
科技巨頭谷歌（Google）日前進行大裁員，根據在谷歌公司工作多年的員工透露，直到因公司帳號被封鎖、無法進入辦公樓後，才發現自己被裁員。
據悉，就在16號晚上，谷歌新加坡辦事處一共裁退190人。
一些員工表示，裁員消息公司僅用電郵通知的。
自稱在谷歌新加坡辦事處任職多年的員工湯姆（化名）表示，上周五自己查看電郵發現自己登不上公司的帳號了，這才知道自己是被裁員了。
在慈善部門工作了8年的張盧西安則是在工作會議前10分鐘，收到裁員通知。
雖然裁員通知電郵格式非常標準，但是兩人都覺得，如果能夠面對面交談是更加理想的方式，而不是選擇直接果斷地切掉帳號！
據兩人透露，這次裁員頗為隨機，被裁退的人分別來自不同的部門，任職時間也各有長短，有些被裁的人甚至工作表現非常出色！
不過關於這次裁員，公司並未說明具體裁員理由。
不過，兩人對於這次的裁員卻沒有任何怨言，因為遣散配套真的很完善！
雖然具體細節兩人拒絕透露，不過張盧西安還是表示，所得到的遣散配套與美國公司所提供的配套相近。
據谷歌的母公司Alphabet首席執行長桑達爾皮查伊表示，在美國公司，被解僱的員工將獲得16周的酬薪。
另外，在職的每一年額外發放兩周的薪水，可獲取2022年度獎金，以及所有剩餘假期的補償。
